Catherine concentrates her practice on complex family law matters involving stock option apportionment, property characterization, business valuation, spousal and child support, and child custody disputes. Catherine has extensive experience assisting clients through all phases of litigation both before private judges and in the public courthouse. In addition to being a litigator, Catherine drafts and negotiates premarital and post-marital agreements and enjoys creatively advising her clients in mediation and settlement negotiations.

Prior to joining DeLacey, Riebel & Shindell, LLP, Catherine was an associate at Hersh Family Law Practice in San Francisco. Prior to that, Catherine practiced complex litigation in a large firm in San Francisco.

Before becoming an attorney, Catherine was a quantitative risk analyst for Bank of America. She received a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from Vanderbilt University and a J.D. from Tulane University.
